What are your expectations of a Thriller film?
There is usually a lot of suspense building to keep the audience on edge and almost expect the unexpected. They also have quite a dark atmosphere and have dark lighting which can give off a scary approach to the audience. The film is usually based around a specific event which evolves in the narrative. Thrillers involve a lot of emotional response from an audience and can leave you at the end feeling one emotion or another.
Feedback on idea:
The idea sounds like it fits with conventions of a thriller. They like the idea of the film being based around just one character and how the narrative is telling her story. They also liked the idea of the film starting at the end and going back in time through her story. With the effects and editing going to plan they think it could be a successful thriller and be able to build the suspense. However if the location and atmosphere (mise-en-scene) correct it wont be convincing enough.
